Our system enables the measurement and transmission of product temperature using battery-powered and wireless sensor technology. Designed to operate under extreme environmental conditions and in compliance with GMP standards, it enhances the efficiency and safety of the freeze-drying (lyophilization) process. Sales Professional / Customer Solution Specialist (m/f/d)
Full-time, Permanent Position (Reference Number SA-01).
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the acquisition, management, and strategic development of end customers within the defined sales territory
- Systematic identification of decision-makers and buying centers, and establishment of sustainable customer relationships at all relevant organizational levels
- Development and implementation of an annual business and action plan to ensure sustainable revenue growth
- Preparation of quotations and management of price and contract negotiations through to successful closure
- Active pipeline management, revenue planning, and regular forecasting and reporting to management
- Representation of the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer functions
- Structured feedback of market, competitor, and customer insights to product management
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in B2B sales of technically sophisticated or consultative products/solutions, ideally in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industries
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and strategic account development
- Experience in establishing and managing sales partners / channel structures
- Business-fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong technical understanding and a solid basic knowledge of pharmaceutical quality and regulatory standards, preferably in the field of pharmaceutical lyophilization (e.g., GMP environment)
- Strategic mindset combined with strong closing ability and execution focus
- Structured working style with experience in forecasting and CRM-based reporting
- Strong communication skills, professional presence, and willingness to travel
