Tempris, an internationally operating SME located south of Munich, has established a leading position in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and diagnostics industries with its innovative in-process control measurement systems.

Tempris systems are used for the measurement and transmission of product temperature with battery-free wireless sensor technology, which makes the freeze-drying process more efficient and safer under extreme environmental conditions and according to GMP standards. For our production and administration site at the Sandoz Campus in Holzkirchen near Munich, we are looking for you as

Junior Buyer (m/f/d)

Full-time, Permanent Position (Reference Number AM-07).

Your tasks

  • Support the purchasing team in operational and strategic procurement
  • Obtain, evaluate, and compare offers
  • Communicate with national and international suppliers
  • Create and track orders
  • Monitor delivery dates and coordinate with internal departments
  • Maintain supplier and material master data in the ERP system
  • Assist with price negotiations and supplier evaluations
  • Contribute to the optimization of purchasing processes
  • Support inventory planning and monitor stock levels

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on purchasing, logistics, or business administration
  • First work experience or internships in purchasing are advantageous
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen ist wünschenswert
  • Excellent German skills and English skills at least at B1 level
  • Independent, structured, and reliable work approach
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Analytical thinking skills and meticulous work style
