Sales Professional / Customer Solution Specialist (m/f/d)

Full-time, Permanent Position (Reference Number SA-01).

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the acquisition, management, and strategic development of end customers within the defined sales territory
  • Systematic identification of decision-makers and buying centers, and establishment of sustainable customer relationships at all relevant organizational levels
  • Development and implementation of an annual business and action plan to ensure sustainable revenue growth
  • Preparation of quotations and management of price and contract negotiations through to successful closure
  • Active pipeline management, revenue planning, and regular forecasting and reporting to management
  • Representation of the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer functions
  • Structured feedback of market, competitor, and customer insights to product management

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of technically sophisticated or consultative products/solutions, ideally in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industries
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and strategic account development
  • Experience in establishing and managing sales partners / channel structures
  • Business-fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong technical understanding and a solid basic knowledge of pharmaceutical quality and regulatory standards, preferably in the field of pharmaceutical lyophilization (e.g., GMP environment)
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong closing ability and execution focus
  • Structured working style with experience in forecasting and CRM-based reporting
  • Strong communication skills, professional presence, and willingness to travel
