Tempris, an internationally operating SME located south of Munich, has established a leading position in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and diagnostics industries with its innovative in-process control measurement systems.

Tempris systems are used for the measurement and transmission of product temperature with battery-free wireless sensor technology, which makes the freeze-drying process more efficient and safer under extreme environmental conditions and according to GMP standards. Due to our international orientation, we are multi-cultural as a team.

For our new production and administration site at the Sandoz Campus in Holzkirchen near Munich, we are looking for you as

Customer Project Coordinator (m/w/d)

This is a permanent full-time or part-time position (Reference SV-01).

Your challenge

  • Technical and schedule project coordination with customers.
  • Carrying out system maintenance & calibrations.
  • Testing and commissioning of electronic components.
  • Identification of mechanical and electrical spare parts.
  • Creation and maintenance of test plans for Tempris systems.
  • Regular communication and coordination with various departments.
  • Preparation of installation reports.
  • Assisting in the processing of complaints.

Your profile

  • Completed training as a communications electronics technician, communications engineer, equipment and systems technician, mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally with 2-3 years of professional experience in the electromechanical or medical technology sector
  • Willingness to travel internationally (mainly DACH) to a limited extent (approx. 25%.)
  • German and English language skills
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • CAD knowledge is an advantage
