Tempris, is an SME, operating internationally and located south of Munich. We have an established, leading position in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and diagnostics industries with our innovative in-process measurement control systems.

Tempris systems are used for the measurement and transmission of product temperature with battery-free wireless sensor technology, which makes the freeze-drying process more efficient and safer under extreme environmental conditions and according to GMP standards. Technical Sales Manager (Europe)

This is a permanent full-time position (Reference VT-02).

Your challenge

  • Be part of our (European) Sales Team serving customers and OEMs in the pharmaceutical industry following an end-to-end approach.
  • Follow up on existing leads and deepen relationships with existing customers to identify unmet needs and create opportunities to add value.
  • Self-initiate leads and generate personal network through virtual networking, on-site visits and industry events (e.g., trade fairs/conferences).
  • Lead consultative meetings, demonstrations and negotiations with stakeholders to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (After-Sales, Marketing, R&D, Production) to develop and execute team selling strategies.
  • Partner with Product/R&D teams to develop customer-oriented solutions and feedback innovation.
  • Serve as brand ambassador.

Your profile

  • Experience: Three or more years of experience in sales of Technology and Managed Service solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences, business administration or business-related equivalent work experience (e.g., sales/after-sales, application engineering, pharmaceutical production).
  • Technical Skills: Expert in Sales/Engineering/Application in Pharma; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Language Skills: English (must), German (preferred), additional language.
  • Abilities: Deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and ability to conduct a consultative analysis and provide recommendations.
  • Travel: Travel up to 50% of the time.
